While we usually eat Indian foods on weekdays, our kids love to eat pasta, noodles and other cuisines on weekends. So we've been introducing my grandson to these foods as well, appropriately modified. I was a little skeptical about this recipe but S absolutely loved it! Kept grabbing for more and finished up all of it 😁 so thought of sharing with all of you :)

How to serve babies at 6-9M stage
This can be heaped and served on tray and placed it front of the baby on their highchair tray to pick up and eat. They can grab and eat this. Resist the urge to correct their hold or make it easier unless they struggle and are unable to pick it up even after 30sec-1min. I've noticed as long as we stay calm and don't interfere, babies will figure out the best way to eat on their own :)

Grate the zucchini using your normal vegetable grater lengthwise to get long strands.

Steam the grated Zucchini for about 3-5 minutes.

Sauté minced garlic in olive oil and add the steamed Zucchini to it. Cook it for 2-3 min.

You can use other veggies like carrot, cucumber, etc too based off what's available at home.
