Yes, Doctors say that if you have no family history of allergies, Peanuts can be included in your baby's diet as soon as the Baby starts weaning at around six months if they are ready for the solid food. Peanut Chutney Recipe for Babies, Remember we don't add salt for Babies up to 1 year

  1. Heat the oil in pan. Add peanut and roast on low flame.

  2. Once it starts sputtering, immediately add the curry leaves and continue roasting for 2 min. Switch off the stove.

  3. Add the jeera and mix well.

  4. Once cool, transfer to a blender and grind it to a smooth paste by adding sufficient water.


Adult variation: Add finely chopped Green Chilli to blender and blend well. Add tadka of mustard and urad dal. Squeeze half lemon. Add salt as needed.
