How to make Home made Butter for Babies?

Everyday after making curd (recipe available here), keep it in fridge for minimum 4 hours and then gently remove the cream/malai from the top and collect it in a box and store in freezer.

Continue for a week or till sufficient amount accumulates.

Once collected enough, leave box overnight in the crisper container of fridge.

Take a tall mixie jar. Use a blender blade and beat adding water pausing now and then. Keep adding little water and remove the collected butter floating on top.

Seperate the butter and rinse in cold water.

Store in airtight container and use as needed.
Note
Note: using raw milk gives a lot more malai than pasteurized milk. Buy that if possible.
