When can I give Paneer to my Baby?

Baby might take just little bite. But 2inch Paneer stick will help baby to hold for Baby led Weaning.

Preparation steps for Paneer Sticks with Tomato gravy for Baby Led Weaning

Baby Led Weaning Recipe Paneer Sticks with Tomato gravy

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai and add finely chopped onion and tomato. Sauté till tomatoes are cooked well.

  2. Add the turmeric, jeera powder and coriander powder and mix well. Remove from heat. Allow it to cool.

  3. Cut Paneer into 2inch sticks 

  4. Spread the Tomato gravy over paneer sticks and serve.

Note

Adult variation: Add salt and Chilli powder as needed.

We don't add salt for babies up to 1 year.
