You can cut the Ragi Cauliflower Roti into 3 strips and place it front of the baby on their highchair tray to pick up and eat. Resist the urge to correct their hold or make it easier unless they struggle and are unable to pick it up even after 30sec-1min. I've noticed as long as we stay calm and don't interfere, babies will figure out the best way to eat on their own

Immerse cauliflower florets in boiling hot water for few minutes and rinse well to clean them thoroughly. Grate it finely.
Mix the grated Cauliflower, Jeera powder and Pepper.
Add just enough Ragi flour and water to bind into a soft dough.
Flatten it using your hand to make a slightly thick Roti.
Heat the tawa, few drops of oil/ Homemade Butter.
Cook the Roti on low flame.
Flip once done.
