  • 1 tbsp Nendram Powder/ Kerala Raw Banana Powder
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee

  1. Mix the Nendram powder in water thoroughly to avoid any lumps forming.

  2. Place it on the stove on a low flame and slowly bring to boil while continuously stirring. You'll notice a change in colour and texture. If required add some water little by little if you feel it's getting very thick very fast.

  3. When done, you'll notice a shine in the colour and a thick texture with a nice aroma. Once it gets to the consistency you like, add few drops of ghee to it and switch off the flame.

  4. Serve once cool.

Note: If following traditional weaning, or if bottle fed, you can mix this with breastmilk/ formula once it's cooled down.
