  • 1/4 cup Fresh homemade curd (the curd should not be sour. Please taste before making)

  1. Pour fresh curd onto muslin cloth. Tie it into a bundle. You can secure with a food clip as well.

  2. Hang it on a hook in your kitchen for 30min minimum to remove the excess water content.

  3. Squeeze before opening the bundle to remove any remaining water.

  4. Scoop it out onto your serving cup.

  5. Your hung curd dip is ready to use!
